Exception for Venipuncture (blood draw): $15 to have it done here (you may instead go to the lab for $0-40)

Cervical Cancer (every 3-5 yrs age 21-65, HPV age 30+)

Lipid (age 35+ male, risk factors)

Diabetes (age 40-70 overweight/obese, Family History, ethnicity: African, Native, Asian, Hispanic, Pacific Islanders)

Colon Cancer (age 50-75)

Breast Cancer (biennial age 50-75, if personal/family history biennial age 40-49)

Lung Cancer (age 55-80 + 1 Pack Per Day x 30 years + smoker within 15 years)

Osteoporosis (age 65+ female)

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (age 65-75 if ever smoker)

Sexually Transmitted Infection Prevention (use condom, verify status)
